Whether you are a beginner or a former dancer, we have classes available for you! We understand that many of us live life on the run so all our adult classes are drop in with no contract or registration fee.  No leotards necessary! You can wear comfortable yoga style clothing that is easy to move in. We hear from our adult students that dance classes are a great way to relieve stress and get into shape.
